The Persistence of Memory

I am disappointed with myself that this sweater has taken such a long time to make a blog appearance.

I bought it here, in fact, before I went to France. Though it was basically just a ridiculous whim of a purchase at the time, I think it has officially become the most-worn item in my closet. I love it so very much.

The embellishment reminds me vividly of The Persistence of Memory. I went to the Dalí museum in Paris and it was really incredible. If you like Dalí and have a chance to go you definitely should!

I also picked this tee up at the vintage shop I mentioned in my last post. For about a year I have been scavenging for the perfect French boy shirt: blue and white striped, thin, soft, slightly cropped... this top satisfies my desire to a tee. Hah, tee. I am so very punny.

Also, these shoes = continued living proof that yellow and grey is indubitably the happiest color combination on the planet.

Vintage tee and sweater, Target shorts, Monoprix sandals, borrowed sunglasses

Whoosh! Larger pictures! This might become a regular thing, maybe, but resizing photos takes way too much time for my liking.
Hope you can handle the tsunami of posting... I have very little else to do here. Which is extremely nice to know, in a way. Hoorah for lazy summers! What have you lovelies been up to these days? I want to hear about your summer adventures.
