What I've Been Wearing

THURSDAY:
My new favorite item of clothing? This silk shirt that looks like it once belonged to a pregnant woman. I cut out the shoulder pads and it's officially the most comfortable thing I have ever worn.

shirt, thrifted ~ leggings, mango ~ shoes, nine west ~ belt, coach ~ hats, thrifted ~ bag, chanel

FRIDAY: Went to see my friends' band do a gig at our local teen center. They are talented and hilarious. As usual, I overdressed.

shirt, target ~ skirt, made by me ~ jacket, gift ~ ring, gift

TODAY: Accompanied my mom and brother to the mall because he needed shirts. I wandered off to find Forever 21, as usual, and was utterly shocked to find that the dinky but well stocked location I usually shop at has disappeared, and an enormous two story mecca has taken its place!!! After half an hour on the dressing room line and about six million pieces of clothing, with a meager $45 budget and an impatient mother, I left with three things.

NOM NOM NOM I love it so much. Saw a Milly piece exactly like this about a year ago and have been secretly lusting for a structured, high waisted, mustard colored skirt ever since. At last!

My love for feathered headbands is unexplainable and everlasting. I really want a peacock feather one, but this will happily suffice for now.

GREY HIGH WAISTED SKIRT! Need I say more?

I also discovered this multi-hanger in a drawer under my bed, perfect for all the skirts that seem to be breeding within my wardrobe. Very nifty, non?

What have YOU been wearing?

WAIT GIRL ZOMG. I was like JUST about to a do a post like this when I'm like 'hey, I should check in with all my blogger friends!' and then I saw this! On mine, I was gonna be like "the week in pictures" and go through all my days and and all my outifts! WE HAVE THE SAME BRAIN, I swear. Anyway, look forward to that when it comes out :) By the way, I LOVE your pictures. So cute. The first pictures are adorable and so interesting to look at (I feel like they're full of these little surprises) and I really like the look of the skirts.
