Who Can Take Tomorrow, Dip It In A Dream?

I've had the most insanely stressful couple of weeks.
All I seem to do these days is avoid my homework, sleep in fitful snatches, take accidental naps in class, eat every once in a while, and shower occasionally.

Thankfully, my AP test is on Friday and my show is next weekend, so after that everything should start to lighten up a little bit.

The bright spot on my horizon: Franz Ferdinand concert on Thursday!
I need to find the perfect classy-Euroslut-hipster outfit. If such a thing exists.

Forever 21 blouse, J.Crew shorts, vintage scarf, Urban Outfitters shoes, beads from a Mardi Gras parade

These shorts used to belong to my friend Luke, but I pinned and tied and cuffed them until they looked something approaching girly and cute.
The necklace is ridiculous, and I like it that way.
I got two reactions to this outfit: carnival and candy store. Is this a good thing?

These photos from the Wildfox Couture Summer 2009 line are perfection. Look at the entire set, it documents gorgeously all the lazily glamorous things about summer: sugar highs, going barefoot, making a mess.

Wish me luck on getting through the rest of the week. I feel like I need to lie down and sleep for ten years.
